How not exercising isn’t good for your wellbeing
There are many different ways to keep your body healthy and fit but today we are focusing on what happens when you don’t keep your body fit and healthy.
Exercise is important to us. For your information, exercise does not only reduce health problems and disease but it also affects your appearance. Exercising can help your self-esteem and confidence. Exercise also improves your body by helping to pump oxygen and nutrients around your body.
Heart disease
It's important to exercise because you could get diseases such as heart disease. Heart diseases can lead to heart attacks, so it's very important to exercise. Heart disease can be caused by an unhealthy diet, smoking and being overweight. Did you know in America 610,000 people die a year because of heart disease thats 1 in every 4 deaths. In New Zealand general statistics shows 180,000 New Zealanders currently have heart disease, thats 1 in every 21 adults, every 90 minutes 1 person will die because of heart disease so that’s 4 people who will die in one school day of 6hours, just for clarity.
A healthy diet
Healthy eating means eating a variety of nutrients. Nutrients contain fat, water, vitamins and minerals.
Nutrients are important for everyone when being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight. Eating healthy is an excellent way of keeping your body strong and healthy. What you eat affects your immune system, your mood and your energy levels.
High Blood pressure
Being overweight can cause high blood pressure. It comes in many types of causes such as smoking, overweight, lack of physical activity and genes. There are a few ways to treat it, lose extra pounds, eat a healthy diet like fruits and vegetables, fresh is best! cut back on the sugar,carbohydrates and caffeine, which most people love because it starts off your morning and makes you adequate for the rest of your day. Some people have to have caffeine to help them.
In conclusion, I think everyone should look after their bodies and be on a healthy diet and exercise, I hope I have persuaded you to exercise and keep your body healthy and strong thank you for listening.
